My passion for real estate was born out of my experience as an Investor and Property Manager. When the real estate market crashed back in 2008, I took the opportunity to invest and turned the investment into a real estate venture which I manage today. During this process, I grew to understand and appreciate real estate from a practical and financial standpoint. I am a licensed real estate agent in both New Jersey and Pennsylvania, states in which I own property. As a former School Board President, I pay great attention to detail, compliance, and contract issues. In my former position as a purchasing agent for GE Fanuc, a joint venture for General Electric and Fanuc of Japan, my negotiation and contract skills were part of my everyday professional life. I offer a unique perspective as an active real estate agent and a personal investor. I know the real estate market from many perspectives: buying, selling, and investing.
