Please follow the simple steps below to join our SC office. If you are already a TRG Realtor or have previously completed Steps 1, 2, 3 as a Transferring Realtor in another State then please go directly to Step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9

4. Please transfer your license to Tesla Realty Group LLC as follows:

a) If your Licenese is ACTIVE:

If your license is currently active with another brokerage, you can complete the request online using the Online Transfer Service (Our Office Code: 28310). This electronic process allows changes to go into effect immediately and does not require the Broker-in-Charge's signature. If the Online Transfer Service is NOT successful, you will need to fill out the Transfer/Inactive Status Application.. Once you received the signed form back from us then please email it to the South Caroline Real Estate Commission at Contact.REC@llr.sc.gov.

b) If your Licnese is INACTIVE: 

If your license is on Inactive Status, you will need to fill out the Reactivation of License Form. Once you received the signed form back for us the please email it to the South Caroline Real Estate Commission at Contact.REC@llr.sc.gov. 

c) If your License is INITAL:

You should have received an application when you passed your real estate exam. Please send the application to info@teslarealtygroup.com. Our Managing Broker will sign and return this application to you. Please mail it along with the application fee, to the RE Commission. It takes 5-10 business days to process and issue your license number. 

5. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage.    

6. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional).

7. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide, and TRG Submit Commission Guide.
