Please follow the simple steps below to join our PA office. If you are already a TRG Realtor or have previously completed Steps 1, 2, 3 as a Transferring Realtor in another State then please go direclty to Step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form 

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement 

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9

4. ​Please login or register to your PALS account and submit your online Change of Employer Application or Initial License Application or Reactivation Application (Office License # RB068413). Please fill out your online Reactivation Application only if your license has expired. Once we receive your license from the Real Estate Commission, we will send it to you via mail.

5. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage.  

6. Please join or transfer to either Tri-County Suburban REALTORS® or Greater Philadelphia Association of REALTORS® or Bucks County Association of REALTORS® or Lancaster County Association of Realtors® and Bright MLS (Optional but recommended Broker Code: 55893). 

7. To get access to your zip forms (transaction documents) please go to www.zipformplus.com, create your account, click on I'm a REALTOR® and then please select your association.

8. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional).

9. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide, and TRG Submit Commission Guide.
