Please perform the easy steps below to join our company. If you are already our Realtor or have completed steps 1, 2 and 3 in another state and want to become licensed with our NY office as well then please go directly to step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form .   

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement . 

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9 .

4. Please inform your current Broker that you want to terminate your employment with the brokerage. Your Broker must do this online. Once this is done then please contact us at 1.844.TESLA.RG or send email notification to info@teslarealtygroup.com so our Managing Broker can associate you with Tesla Realty Group LLC (Office License # 10391201964) free of charge. If your license is expired and you wish to renew your license with us, you must have our Managing Broker change your association online prior to renewal. In this case, since the license is expired, a termination by the previous broker will not be required. Once we receive your new license, we will inform you promptly so you can start practicing. We will send it to you via mail. 

5. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage.    

6. We are a memebr of StreetEasy, NY State MLS, and RealtyMX.

7. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional). 

8. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide, and Submit Commission Guide.
