Please follow the simple steps below to join our NJ office. If you are already a TRG Realtor or have previously completed Steps 1, 2, 3 as a Transferring Realtor in another State then please go directly to Step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form   

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement 

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9 

4. Please inform your current Broker that you want to terminate your employment with the brokerage. Your Broker must do this online. Once this is done then please contact us at 1.844.TESLA.RG or send email notification to info@teslarealtygroup.com so our Managing Broker can associate you with Tesla Realty Group LLC (Office License # 1753580). We will cover your license transfer cost. 

5. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage.    

6. Please join or transfer to either NEXUS Association of REALTORS® or Monmouth Ocean Regional REALTORS® or Cape May County Association of REALTORS®. Per your business needs you can also join or transfer to GSMLS , CJMLS , CMCMLS , SJSRMLS , Hudson County RMLS , NJMLS , and Bright MLS (Broker Code: TELRG1).

7. To get access to your zip forms (transaction documents) please go to www.zipformplus.com, create your account, click on I'm a REALTOR® and then please select your association.

8. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional).

9. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide and TRG Submit Commission Guide,.
