Please follow the simple steps below to join our NH office. If you are already a TRG Realtor or have previously completed Steps 1, 2, 3 as a Transferring Realtor in another State then please go directly to Step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form   

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement 

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9

4. To transfer/Join to Tesla Realty Group LLC please select option a, b or c - you can always check the status of your license by clicking here

a) If you are currently with another Broker: 

If you are currently with another Broker then please click on, complete and submit Real Estate Commission Deactivation of an Active License Form as well as Principal Broker Affiliation Form. You will also need to click on, complete and submit Real Estate Commission Transfer/Activation Form (select Change of Broker (broker to broker) option). Once you receive Real Estate Commission Deactivation of an Active License Form from us then please send it to your current Broker for his/her signature and request it back. In the meantime, our Principal Broker will review and sign your Real Estate Commission Transfer/Activation Form and Principal Broker Affiliation Form, which will be sent back to you via email. Please all 3 completed forms together with $20 payable to the State of New Hampshire to the address specified on the top of the form.

b) If your license is not with another Broker but in Active status:

Please click on Real Estate Commission Transfer/Activation Form and complete all required fields (select Change of Broker (broker to broker) option). Please also complete Principal Broker Affiliation Form. After you submit it, our Principal Broker will review nad sign both forms. The will be sent to you to via email. Please mail both form together with $20 payable to the State of New Hampshire to the address specified on the top of the form.

c) If you license is in Inactive status:

Please click on Real Estate Commission Transfer/Activation Form and complete all required fields (select Reactivation from an inactive status option). Please also complete Principal Broker Affiliation Form. After you submit it, our Principal Broker will review nad sign both forms. The will be sent to you to via email. Please mail both form together with $20 payable to the State of New Hampshire to the address specified on the top of the form.

d) If you are a Non-Resident and applying for an Active License you must sign this Out-Of-State Power of Attorney Form .

e) If you want to Deactivate your Active License then please complete this Active License Dactivation Form . 

5. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage.    

6. Please join or transfer to either Greater Manchester Nashua Board of Realtors (GMNBR) or Seacoast Board of Realtors or NHCIBOR and PrimeMLS (optional but recommended).

7. The NHAR standard forms for real estate transactions are provided by NHAR on two platforms, Dotloop and zipLogix. To get access to your zip forms (transaction documents) please click here. 

8. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional).

9. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents and our verification of your current license you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide, TRG Submit Commission Guide, Real Estate Commission Transfer/Activation Form, completed Deactivation of an active License Form, Principal Broker Affiliation Form.
