Please perform the easy steps below to join our company. If you are already our Realtor or have completed steps 1, 2 and 3 in another state and want to become licensed with our MA office as well then please go directly to step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form .   

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement . 

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9 .

4. ​To transfer to Tesla Realty Group LLC from another brokerage is very simple. Please inform your current Broker to terminate your employment status via his/her ePlace account so our Managing Broker can affiliate you with us via Tesla Realty Group LLC (Office License # 423077) ePLACE account. If you need to reactivate your license then please contact our office at 1.844.TESLA.RG, fill out License Reactivation Form, download and e-mail it to realestateboard@mass.gov.

5. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage.    

6. Please join Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® or REALTOR Association of Southeastern Massachusetts (RASEM) and MLS PIN. If you are joining MLS PIN for the first time please submit MLS PIN Subscriber Agreement Form together with MLS PIN Subscriber Information Form (Office MLS ID: AN5038) to info@teslarealtygroup.com. If you are transfering from another office then please send us only MLS PIN Subscriber Information Form. 

7. You can get your free MA transaction forms via Remine+ (you need to login into your MLSPIN account first) or to get access to your zip forms (transaction documents) by purchasing www.zipformplus.com, create your account, click on I'm a REALTOR® and then please select your association. All anserrs on Remine+ you can find here. 

8. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional).

9. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents and our verification of your current license you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide, and Submit Commission Guide.
