Please perform the easy steps below to join our company. If you are already our Realtor or have completed steps 1, 2 and 3 in another state and want to become licensed with our MD and/or DC office as well then please go directly to step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form .   

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement .

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9 .

4. Please sellect your office:  

Maryland Agents: To Transfer/Reactivate your real estate license please click on Transfer/Reactivate Your License and log in to your account. Please make sure that you add our Broker Registration # 6258 to the Main Office field only and leave the Branch Office field empty. The State fee is $25. Once we receive your new license from the Real Estate Commission ( 5-7 business days ), we will forward it to you via email immediately.

Washington DC Agents: To Transfer your real estate license to Tesla Realty Group LLC please click on DCRA Real Estate Transfer Request here (Office License # REO200200604). DCRA Customer Service will inform you via email when your DC License is issued. You will have to download and print it out from your DCRA account.

5. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days.. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage.    

6. You have to join Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (DC and MD Agents) or Anne Arundel County Association of REALTORS® (MD Agents) or Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® (MD Agents) and Bright MLS (Optional but recommended MD Agents - Office Code: TESLR1) and (Optional but recommended DC Agents - Office Code: TESLR2).

7. To download your MD transaction documents please go to Maryland Realtors and select Statewide Forms (you will need your NRDS ID to gain an access). The other way to get to your zip forms (transaction documents) is via www.zipformplus.com subscription (create your account, click on I'm a REALTOR® and then please select your association).  Please keep in mind that you might also need to subscribe to DocuSign as well if you select to download your transaction documents directly from the Maryland Realtors website to your computer.

8. To get to your DC transaction forms you will have to join Greater Capital Area Association of REALTORS® (GCCAR) first. They provide DC and MD (Montgomery County) forms. You can either download them from their website once you login to your account or purchase them via www.zipformplus.com subscription (create your account, click on I'm a REALTOR® and then please select your association). Please keep in mind that you might also need to subscribe to DocuSign as well if you select to download your transaction documents directly from the GCAAR website to your computer.

9. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional).

10. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents and our verification of your current license you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide, and Submit Commission Guide.
