Please perform the easy steps below to join our company. If you are already our Realtor or have completed steps 1, 2 and 3 in another state and want to become licensed with our ME office as well then please go directly to step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form .   

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement . 

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9 .

4. To transfer to Tesla Realty Group LLC online please click on here - please select Change of License Application.

5. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage. 

6. Please join Greater Portland Board of REALTORS® and we will add you to our Maine Listings Flexmls account.

7. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional).

8. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents and our verification of your current license you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide, and Submit Commission Guide.
