Please follow the simple steps below to join our DE office. If you are already a TRG Realtor or have previously completed Steps 1, 2, 3 as a Transferring Realtor in another State then please go directly to Step 4.

1. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Agent Info Form

2. Please click on, review, complete and e-sign our Independent Contractor Agreement 

3. Please click on, review and complete W-9 

4. Transfering to Tesla Realty Group LLC: ​To transfer to our brokerage you will need to click on, complete and submit Request for Transfer form. When you receive this document from us then please send it to Releasing Broker for his/her signature. Once you get it back from Releasing Broker, then please upload this document with Service Request Real Estate Transfer in Delpros (Broker of Record License # RB-0020604, Office License # RM-0010632).  

5. Applying for Initial License: If you are applying for your inital license you will only need to complete the Statement of Employing Broker of Record . After you submit it, our Managing Broker will review, sign and send it back to you via email. Once you receive it then please upload it to your Delpros account (Broker of Record License # RB-0020604, Office License # RM-0010632). All newly licensed individuals must complete the twelve hours of required new salesperson course modules within 90 days of the date of license issuance (Reciprocity Licensee is exempt from this state requirement).

6. Activating your Terminated License (Reactivation): If your license is in terminated status and want to reactivate your license you will need to complete Statement of Employing Broker of Record - Reactivation. Once you receive it back from us then please upload it to your Delpros account (Service Request Type: Reactivation of Inactive Status - Broker of Record License # RB-0020604, Office License # RM-0010632).

When your receive your new license in your Delpros account, please send it to info@teslarealtygroup.com.

7. Please complete our Agent Supply Form to order your supplies. Your free business cards and yard signs will be delivered directly to your mailing address with an estimated delivery time 7-10 days. Every time you need additional supplies you will have to complete that same form located on our "Agent Portal" webpage.    

8. Please join or trasfer to either New Castle County Board of REALTORS® or Kent County Association of REALTORS® or Sussex County Association of REALTORS® and Bright MLS (Optional but recommended - Broker Code: TESRG1).  

9. Please submit your short biography, photo, and social media links via Agent Bio Form (optional).

10. Upon submission of the above-mentioned documents you will receive our welcome email which will include your signed Independent Contractor Agreement, TRG Agent Guide, TRG Submit Commission Guide, and your completed Statement Application according to your License Status.
