Q: Why should I join you?
A: As a 100% Commission Brokerage with a monthly fee of only $49 (the first 6 months are free of charge) and $249 per transaction, we offer one of the lowest commission structures in the nation, simplicity, teamwork, superb quality service and leadership, prompt commission payments, and much more.
Q: What are your requirements to join?
A: There are 2 major requirements:
a) You must have a real estate license
b) You have to join the Greater Boston Association of REALTORS® or REALTOR Association of Southeastern Massachusetts (RASEM) and MLS PIN
Q: What is the sign up process?
A: Please click on "Join Us" and follow the step-by-step instructions.
Q: Do you provide any FREE supplies to support my business?
A: Absolutely. You can (re)order the following free supplies from our website that are delivered to your doorstep via UPS:
a) Business Cards (500 per order)
b) Yard Signs (18" x 24" corrugated plastic sheets)
We will also create and manage your free webpage for you. It will include your short biography, client scheduling form, mortgage payment calculator, your social media list and integrated IDX.
Q: Do you provide transaction forms?
A: No we don't. Association of REALTORS® provides all transaction forms for your business needs.
Q: Are there any floor meetings, quotas or sales requirements?
A: No. You don't ever need to step into our office.
Q: How will I know all of the company policies and procedures?
A: Please review our Office Policy Manual and TRG Agent Guide.
Q: Is E&O insurance included?
A: Yes.
Q: Do you have NAID?
A: Yes we do. You can submit bids on HUD properties.
Q: If I also join the Tesla Realty Group LLC office in NY and/or in any other state, will I have to pay a monthly fee per office?
A: Your monthly fee will always be only $49 regardless of how many offices you join.
Q: Will I receive any compensation if I refer another Agent to Tesla Realty Group LLC?
A: We will pay you $100 immediately for every referred Realtor that joins our firm.
Q: Where, how, and when do I submit my listing, transaction, and closing (ALTA / Settlement Statements) documents?
A: Please submit all these documents to doc@teslarealtygroup.com together in PDF files immediately after each closing (Email Subject Line: Property Address). We must receive them (state requirement) before we can pay you your commission.
Q: When and how do I get paid?
A: Via direct deposit to your bank account the day after your settlement. Eg., if you close and deposit a commission check on Monday and submit your listing, transaction, and closing documents (ALTA/Settlement Statements) by Tuesday, we will pay you on Tuesday, and your $ will sit in your account on Wednesday.
Q: Can I start or join an existing team?
A: Absolutely. If you are an experienced Realtor then you can form your own team. You can even create your team name and start building your own brand. If you are a new licensed agent and want to join an existing team then please let us know.
